Proposal Statement from Healthy Living experts:
Local government should have greater powers over health in the City, which should be run by a directly elected mayor.
Question:
Do you think local government in Dublin should have greater powers to help us all live healthier lives?
What is your opinion?
I'm ipmrsesed. You've really raised the bar with that.
I think the key issue here is people need to be educated in moderation. So I would agree that local government in Dublin should have greater powers to help us all live healthier lives.

Yes, why not...
If they discussed in a practical & scientific manor
one such example is the Broadcasting Authority, banning CHEESE & Dairy adverts during childern programming. when research has been done to show that the consumption of dairy products hasnt risen in 15 years. This may be an national issue but can a community / consumer not decide what the buy and what the eat??
